A few steps from Como, precisely in Albate, stands the park of Valbosca. A park where you can refresh yourself on hot summer days but also a place where you can gather for recreational activities in contact with nature.
The entrance of the park welcomes us immediately with a dense network of trees that allows us to breathe even in the hottest summer days.
The route is entirely unpaved and in the first part entirely flat. In the central part of the forest you are immersed in a timeless place, with fresh air currents in a dense forest that does not penetrate almost even a ray of sunshine, making the stop really pleasant.
We continue in the outer part of the park and then enter towards the center, covering an easy and short climb that leads us into the most scenic portion, until you reach the top panoramic point from which you can enjoy an excellent view of Como and its province.
We go down passing through the Goj Hut and not knowing where to go we trust the indications of the place, which surely will not make us go astray.
Going down to the valley you can also stop at the new refreshment point, recently opened and at the center of a project to redevelop of an old powder magazine.
Each of them, in our way, offers a pleasant refreshment for mind and body in a park with immense potential.
